Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive and reactive security patrols during assigned shifts.
- Document incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations.
- Exhibit outstanding customer service skills, particularly when interacting with individuals in distress.
- Maintain physical fitness to perform duties effectively, including standing and walking for extended periods.
- Engage with vulnerable populations compassionately.
- Identify and escalate security issues as necessary.
- Assist in formulating security strategies for high-risk individuals.
- Provide a reassuring security presence throughout the facility.
- Utilize de-escalation techniques to manage conflicts effectively.
- Supervise and support patient watch personnel.
- Collaborate closely with local law enforcement and emergency services.
- Ensure the safety of staff, patients, and visitors at all times.

Qualifications:
- Immunization documentation (measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and TB tests).
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Vulnerable Sector Check.
- COVID-19 Vaccination (double dose).
Additional Requirements:
- First Aid & CPR Certification – Level C.
- Training in Management of Aggressive Behavior.
- Use of Force Training.
- Report Writing Skills.
- Additional training as required.
