Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Safety Solution.

Job Summary

The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating and planning for office services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and train staff as needed
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
