Electrical Safety Authority Office Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Support Associate. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our dedicated safety professionals and teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
  • Assist with facility management and maintenance, including setting up and maintaining databases and mailing lists.
  • Prepare and process payroll-related forms and documents, including time exceptions.
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties using standard office software.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in keyboarding and knowledge of standard computer application software.
  • Business office experience, with a focus on producing correspondence and reports, maintaining databases and records.
