POSITION OVERVIEW

Under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager will take charge of steering the execution of various projects that hold substantial significance for the organization, managing budgets that can exceed $3 million over multiple years. This role requires the Project Manager to lead and motivate their project team to ensure successful project delivery that aligns with the organization's business objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are properly initiated, planned, and executed within agreed parameters for scope, cost, schedule, changes, and quality. As a strategic partner, you will collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, peers, and your team to facilitate optimal project delivery as the company continues to advance and refine its practices.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Guide project teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle in accordance with the IGM Delivery Framework. Create and implement annual and multi-year program plans and budgets, including resource allocation strategies. Collaborate with business sponsors and delivery partners to establish project priorities, objectives, scope, and deliverables that align with business goals. Ensure clear communication to maintain transparency regarding delivery progress, fostering awareness and understanding among key stakeholders to meet expectations and build meaningful relationships. Uphold Project Management methodologies and standards on projects; mentor and support teams in the effective application of processes and methodologies. Contribute to enhancing the Enterprise Project Management Office by focusing on methodology improvements that promote decision-making at appropriate levels, practical workflows, efficient teamwork, and adherence to corporate internal controls.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, working collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Strong financial management skills, including estimation, budget tracking, forecasts, and accruals. Demonstrated experience in organizational change management. Proven track record in delivering complex projects that involve multiple departments, vendors, and external partners, requiring the integration of various tools and technologies. Expertise in applying project management methodologies effectively. Ability to cultivate and maintain healthy working relationships with business leaders, peers, clients, and teams, working transparently and cooperatively with cross-functional teams to engage all relevant stakeholders. A mindset that challenges the status quo, demonstrating creativity, determination, and a strong drive for success. Flexibility in various situations, comfortable with ambiguity. Change leadership capabilities, successfully guiding the organization through transitions while maintaining focus, intensity, and team cohesion. Advanced skills in communication, negotiation, influencing, and facilitation; capable of creating 'win-win' outcomes and securing support from executive-level management while fostering cooperation and consensus across the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Microsoft Project Online. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with cloud technologies, services, and architectures such as IaaS and PaaS, along with providers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. Understanding of virtualization, networking, storage, and security in a cloud context. Experience in managing relationships with cloud service providers and third-party vendors to ensure compliance with negotiated contracts and service level agreements.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Background in financial services. PMP – Project Management certification. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
