Our client, a prestigious law firm, is in search of a Corporate Commercial Senior Associate to enhance their team.

This is a remarkable opportunity to engage with a leading law firm, acknowledged by industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage intricate, high-stakes corporate matters within a thriving commercial environment.
  • Oversee a consistent flow of corporate and commercial assignments referred by senior partners.
  • Draft essential documents including share purchase agreements and shareholder agreements.
  • Contribute to the firm’s standing as a reliable partner for financing and advisory services for offshore entities.
  • Engage in business development initiatives to foster growth within the corporate sector.
  • Participate in conferences and training sessions supported by the firm’s marketing resources.
  • Handle corporate referrals from a diverse international clientele.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of corporate law.
  • Willingness to engage in professional development through training and conferences.
  • Experience with offshore jurisdictions is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience is required.

Contract Type: Permanent

Compensation: CAD 170,000 - CAD 250,000 annually, plus tax benefits and bonuses.
