As a key member of the Corporate Commercial Group, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on Securities law and supporting more senior lawyers with a range of public and private transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert advice on Securities law and corporate governance
  • Supporting senior lawyers with mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and securities functions
  • Running point on day-to-day governance and securities functions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years post-call experience with Corporate law, including Securities
  • Completion of a law degree from a Canadian university
  • Member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
