Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights into department performance and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy in a dynamic environment.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
