Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DAIRY QUEEN. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our operations team.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and walk during busy periods.
