Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to discuss event details, including menu options, decorations, and audiovisual requirements
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, including setup, timing, and cleanup
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase repeat business and referrals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in sales, customer service, or event planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in sales or event planning
