POSITION SUMMARY

As a Sales and Catering Coordinator, you will be responsible for meeting with group coordinators and hosts to ensure all arrangements are agreeable. You will analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information, determine proper setup, timeline, and specific guest needs. You will respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements and follow up to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with group coordinators and hosts to discuss event details
  • Analyze banquet event orders to determine guest needs and preferences
  • Coordinate event setup, timeline, and logistics
  • Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
  • Follow up to ensure compliance with event details

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
