Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you will work closely with our Solutions Consultants, Clients, and Partners to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across all SBUs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the entire sales process in close collaboration with the Solutions Consultants and Commercial Operations, ensuring smooth transition to delivery.
  • Maintain close relationships with delivery teams for identification of new opportunities to ensure account growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, inside sales, Solution Consultants, and commercial operations to obtain thorough knowledge of the competitive landscape and high-priority opportunities.
  • Execute on your assigned territory/account sales strategy to gain market share and build high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • A proven sales track record of achieving/surpassing sales goals.
  • A solid understanding of commercialization and the principles of drug discovery and development.
  • Excellent analytical skills in assessing and interpreting customer business data.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and to communicate at the senior management level.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a B2B sales role in a CRO, Life Sciences Company or Consulting background specializing in Life Sciences required.
