Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team at Joseph Brant Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing computed tomography (CT) procedures, including post-processing, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform CT procedures, including post-processing, to ensure accurate and high-quality images
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the imaging process
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Completion of formal radiological technology training with an approved school of radiography
  • Recent post-graduate experience in performing all CT procedures, including post-processing
  • Active registration with the Canadian Medical and Radiological Technology Regulators Inc. (CMRITO)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
