Health Services Manager

Nova Scotia Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the management and operations of the Inpatient Nursing Unit and Emergency Room Services.
Reporting to the Director of Rural Health, you will provide administrative leadership, ensuring excellent client/patient-centered services, and lead quality improvement initiatives with attention to patient safety and financial initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to support a team approach in a multi-disciplinary environment.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with a Baccalaureate degree in nursing and a minimum of three years relevant health services management experience. You should have proven leadership skills, excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours and travel as part of position requirements.
Competence in word processing, email, and presentation skills is essential, and a valid Driver's license and access to reliable transportation are required. Competencies in other languages, particularly French, are an asset.
What We OfferNova Scotia Health offers a competitive salary range of $45.45 - $60.39 Hourly, and successful candidates may be eligible for our benefits package, which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, life insurance coverage, and a defined benefit pension plan.
