Patient Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the position of Health Care Assistant. This role requires a secondary school graduation certificate and offers comprehensive training for those without prior experience.
Work EnvironmentThe successful candidate will work in a nursing home or similar facility, providing essential support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of patient rooms
- Facilitate exercise routines and assist in patient transportation
- Provide first aid as necessary
- First Aid Certificate is mandatory
- Must be bondable and able to pass a criminal background check
- Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Strong client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Shift work is required, along with health care plan benefits
- Free parking is available for staff
