Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement initiatives aimed at expanding the range of services offered to clients, thereby driving business growth.
  • Utilize analytical skills to evaluate client needs and propose innovative solutions that address complex financial situations.
  • Foster relationships with external advisors and referral sources to enhance the firm's market presence and client acquisition efforts.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials and proposals to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in wealth management or related fields, with a strong educational background.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial services, including investment management, estate planning, and tax strategies.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and their advisors.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on articulating complex concepts clearly.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
