About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Dog Grooming Establishment Manager at 1339357 B.C. Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dog grooming business, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Plan and control budgets and inventory to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Work Environment

As a Dog Grooming Establishment Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 1-4 people. You will be required to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer.
