Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of 1-4 skilled groomers to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
