Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dog Grooming Establishment Manager to join our team at 1339357 B.C. Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dog grooming salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of customer service and staff performance.
  • Manage and control budgets, inventory, and staff to ensure efficient operations and maximum profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dog groomers to deliver exceptional results and meet customer expectations.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer, with the option to relocate for this position.
