Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Load Control Supervisor to join our team at 2535250 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Logistics Coordination: Organize tasks to accomplish work, oversee operational logistics, and plan and organize operational logistics.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports, and ensure effective communication with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Arrange for maintenance and repair work, and ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Problem-Solving and Quality Improvement: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a dynamic setting and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
