We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Load Control Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc.
Job SummaryThe Load Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency
- Organize and coordinate tasks to accomplish work objectives
- Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including transportation and shipping
- Plan and organize operational logistics, including requisitioning materials and equipment
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
The Load Control Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
The primary language of work is English.
Hours of WorkThe Load Control Supervisor will work 30 hours per week.
