Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Contact Center product line, you'll play a crucial role in designing and implementing non-functional requirements and reviewing code to ensure seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop architectural strategy and roadmaps to drive business growth
  • Partner with Infrastructure, CRM, and engineering teams to ensure secure technical requirements
  • Architect, build, maintain, and operate enterprise-grade systems and applications
  • Identify inefficiencies in Contact Center operations and implement process improvements
  • Work in agile teams using SAFe/Scrum methodologies
  • Collaborate in a multicultural and international environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or a related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in software development, integration, and architecture
  • Advanced English skills
