Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Contact Center product line, you'll play a crucial role in designing and implementing non-functional requirements, reviewing implementation, and identifying gaps between design and code.
Key Responsibilities- Develop architectural strategy and roadmaps
- Partner with Infrastructure, CRM, and engineering teams to ensure secure technical requirements
- Architect, build, maintain, and operate enterprise-grade systems and applications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in software development, integration, and architecture
- Experience working in agile teams (e.g. SAFe/Scrum)
- Advanced English skills
