Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Contact Center product line, you'll play a crucial role in designing and implementing non-functional requirements and reviewing code to ensure seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities- Develop architectural strategy and roadmaps to drive business growth
- Partner with Infrastructure, CRM, and engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are secure and meet business needs
- Architect, build, maintain, and operate enterprise-grade systems and applications
- Identify inefficiencies in Contact Center operations and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality
- 7+ years of relevant experience in software development, integration, and architecture
- Advanced English skills and experience working in multicultural and international environments
- Experience working in agile teams (e.g. SAFe/Scrum)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or a related field
