African Cuisine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced African Cuisine Specialist to join our team at Elyon African Kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving our signature African dishes to our discerning customers.
Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure seamless meal preparation and service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform kitchen operations and improve efficiency.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage kitchen staff and interact with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
