Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standard.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet our menu demands.
- Cost Control: Analyze and manage our food costs, ensuring that we are able to maintain our profit margins while delivering high-quality menu items.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior kitchen role, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership and management abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
