Job Title: Medical Secretary

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Secretary to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Interview patients to obtain case histories and schedule appointments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Enter and format medical reports and correspondence
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
  • Prepare draft agendas for meetings and take minutes
  • Perform data entry and provide customer service

Requirements

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a medical office setting
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
