About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Aquaproducts Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring the efficient flow of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and prioritize orders received from customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, tracking stock levels and monitoring inventory turnover.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units, ensuring seamless communication and efficient logistics.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and other key metrics.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Language and Work Schedule

The language of work is English, and the work schedule is 40 hours per week.
