About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team at Trail Appliances. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects across various departments, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Manage project schedules, timelines, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a robust budget management process, providing regular project reporting metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop project plans, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide project management training and support to team members, enhancing project management knowledge and capabilities.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of project management experience, with a strong background in technical project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • PMP certification and proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, and other relevant tools.
