Catering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Manager to join our team at Anchor. As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering services, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the catering team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Monitor and control food costs, ensuring that we are operating within budget.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Proven experience in a catering or food service management role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
