Technology Services Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Integration Specialist to join our team at the City of Toronto. As a key member of our Technology Services department, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of large-scale integrated technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of complex technology projects.
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enhancements.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, business leaders, and technical teams.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that all technology solutions meet the City's security and compliance requirements, including those related to data protection and accessibility.
- Communication: Develop and deliver technical presentations, reports, and proposals to various audiences, including senior management, business leaders, and technical teams.
- Education: Post-secondary education in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a strong background in technology services, project management, and team supervision.
- Skills: Proven expertise in technology services, project management, and team supervision, with a strong understanding of business analysis, stakeholder management, and technical expertise.
- Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
