Job Summary:

Tavern on the Green & Hillside Events is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Concession & Beverage Cart Server to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Cart Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart and concession stand, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Event Preparation: Assist with event preparation, setup, and teardown, including loading and unloading of products and equipment.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with daily inventory management, including loading and unloading of products and equipment.
  • Guest Feedback: Collect and report feedback from guests to the Food and Beverage management team, ensuring continuous improvement of our services.
