Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Concession & Beverage Cart Server to join our team at Tavern on the Green & Hillside Events. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, maintaining a clean and organized concession stand and beverage cart, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Concession Stand and Beverage Cart Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the concession stand and beverage cart, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Provide exceptional service to our guests, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling cash and account transactions.
  • Event Preparation and Execution: Assist with event preparation, setup, and execution, including loading and unloading inventory, setting up and tearing down the concession stand and beverage cart.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stocking supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with our guests, responding to feedback and concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our hospitality team to ensure seamless service and a high level of guest satisfaction.
