Reports to: Assistant Manager, Food & Beverage

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Concession Alcohol Server, you will deliver a premium beer service experience to guests at the concourse level during events. Your role is to ensure that fans receive exceptional and knowledgeable service that enhances their event experience. This is an hourly position based on event schedules.

A typical shift entails:

  • Delivering quick and efficient service, pouring and serving beer to guests during hockey games and other events.
  • Engaging with guests and addressing their inquiries effectively.
  • Collaborating as an integral member of a larger team while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Performing additional responsibilities as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while providing top-tier hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Must be at least 19 years old.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, starting around 5:30 PM.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and engage in repetitive walking, reaching, and bending.
  • A valid Serving it Right Certificate is mandatory.
