Reports to: Assistant Manager, Food & Beverage

POSITION SUMMARY:

Alcohol Concession Servers deliver a high-quality beer service to guests at the concourse level during events. Your role is to consistently provide outstanding and knowledgeable service that enhances the experience for attendees. This is an hourly position based on event schedules.

A typical shift includes:

  • Delivering prompt and premium service, pouring and serving beer to patrons before and during events.
  • Engaging with guests and addressing their inquiries.
  • Collaborating effectively as a vital member of a larger team and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Performing additional tasks as needed.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while ensuring a top-tier hospitality experience.
  • Excellent communication and listening abilities.
  • Must be at least 19 years old.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with shifts starting around 5:30 PM.
  • Capability to safely lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements such as walking, reaching, and bending.
  • A valid Serving it Right Certificate is mandatory.
