Overview

The role of a Property Management Specialist at FORYOU REAL ESTATE INC. involves overseeing the effective management of rental properties while ensuring optimal tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lease Negotiation: Facilitate or authorize rental agreements on behalf of property owners.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to lease terms and conditions.
  • Staff Management: Recruit and oversee operational, clerical, or maintenance personnel.
  • Contract Administration: Draft and manage agreements for property-related services, including maintenance.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the execution of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects.
  • Financial Oversight: Track and report on property expenses and income.
  • Client Support: Address and resolve inquiries or issues raised by tenants.
Qualifications

Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in property management or a related field.

Employment Type: Permanent position.

Work Language: English.

Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
