Customer Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process policy renewals using our broker management system, Epic.
- Generate quotes for client policies through Applied Rating Services.
- Examine policies for coverage gaps and suggest enhancements.
- Handle various notices from our insurance carriers.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of new business and renewal policies.
- Follow up with carriers regarding overdue renewals.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a RIBO license or willingness to obtain one is advantageous.
- CAIB or CIP designations (or progress towards them) are preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of work while maintaining attention to detail.
- A professional, proactive, and positive attitude is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with EPIC is a plus.
