Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process policy renewals using our broker management system, Epic.
  • Generate quotes for client policies through Applied Rating Services.
  • Examine policies for coverage gaps and suggest enhancements.
  • Handle various notices from our insurance carriers.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of new business and renewal policies.
  • Follow up with carriers regarding overdue renewals.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a RIBO license or willingness to obtain one is advantageous.
  • CAIB or CIP designations (or progress towards them) are preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A professional, proactive, and positive attitude is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with EPIC is a plus.
