Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment, including refrigeration systems, cooking equipment, and dishwashing machines.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment issues, using your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience as a refrigeration technician or in a related field.
  • 313A certification is required.
  • G1, G2, G3 certification is an asset but not required.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Valid driver's license with a relatively clean driving record.
  • Able to work overtime and participate in the on-call rotation, as needed.
