About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Logistics Coordinator to join our team at ACE Trans Inc. As a key member of our logistics operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of supplies, planning and organizing operational logistics, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Organize tasks to accomplish work efficiently and effectively.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan and organize operational logistics to meet business objectives.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate the flow of supplies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Production Scheduling: Consult with production supervisors to schedule production runs in a cost- and time-efficient manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain progress reports and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all logistics operations comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English (work language).
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliable, team player, accurate, initiative, judgment, adaptability, and collaborative.
