**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Dean of Health Sciences and Community Services at Leaders International. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and academic leadership to our school, driving innovation and excellence in education.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide visionary leadership to the school, driving strategic planning and academic excellence.
  • Develop and implement innovative programs and services to meet the needs of our students and the community.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and organizations to advance the interests of Leaders International.
  • Lead the design and implementation of the school's budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and management.
  • Ensure that all programming and projects meet or exceed internal academic and external accreditation standards.
  • Contribute to the growth and sustainability of Leaders International through membership on the Senior Academic Committee and other governance bodies.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record of academic leadership and strategic planning.
  • Experience in developing and implementing innovative programs and services.
  • Strong relationships with external partners and organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
