- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure that our food service operations are profitable and efficient.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, combination of sitting, standing, and walking, standing for extended periods, physically demanding.
- Client Focus: Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse customer groups.
- Initiative: Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Dependability: Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality.
