Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Cari. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily food service operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Review and manage financial responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting corporate and franchise standards.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer concerns and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Logistics and Scheduling: Organize and schedule logistics for daily operations, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation and service.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
- Project Management: Participate in the planning and implementation of projects and special events.
- Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks, including payroll, employee management, and daily cash handling.
- Experience: 5 years of recent experience in the food service industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certifications: ServeSafe and/or FoodSafe certified.
- Skills: Superior communication skills, ability to lead projects, and effective use of computer software.
