Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at 13742229 Canada Inc. as a Restaurant Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
The Food Service Operations Manager will be responsible for establishing and implementing operational procedures to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes developing and maintaining schedules, coordinating staff activities, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffThe Restaurant Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard. This includes training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensuring that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesThe Food Service Operations Manager will be responsible for estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that all inventory and supplies are managed effectively. This includes maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and preparing and submitting reports as required.
Ensure Quality ControlThe Restaurant Supervisor will ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience. This includes maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and ensuring that all staff are aware of their responsibilities in maintaining quality control standards.
Establish Work SchedulesThe Food Service Operations Manager will be responsible for establishing work schedules, ensuring that all staff are aware of their schedules and responsibilities. This includes coordinating staff activities, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Work EnvironmentThe Restaurant Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, and will be able to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
