  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supply Management: Order and manage office supplies, maintaining an adequate inventory to support the hotel's operational needs.
  • Technology and Systems: Utilize MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail, and meeting deadlines while working under pressure.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 36 to 40 hours per week.
