Job Title: Construction Materials Sales Representative

At Modern, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Materials Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including architects, engineers, contractors, and builders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to drive sales growth and improve customer experience
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the construction materials industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, including products, applications, and industry trends
