About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and providing advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Support customers with banking services, including transactions and account management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with personal, commercial, and partner offers to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Utilize social media, online tools, and applications to enhance customer engagement and support.
  • Contribute to branch business results and the customer experience.
  • Perform routine tasks, such as service requests, transactions, and queries, within service level agreements.
  • Act as a key member of a collaborative and versatile branch team.
Requirements
  • No prior experience necessary; post-secondary degree or certification in a related field is desirable.
  • High-level knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers, and how each can best serve customers' individual needs.
  • Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smart phones, online tools, and applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
  • Aptitude for listening, solving problems, and responding flexibly and creatively to new challenges.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $33,850.00 - $44,000.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
