We are seeking a dynamic and passionate candidate who thrives in a customer-facing environment to join our team as a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and efficient experience based on customer satisfaction
- Process orders, including accurate product identification and code entry
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide follow-up support
- Process return authorizations, credits, and special requests
- Collaborate with sales managers to prepare and analyze quotes, presenting them to customers
- Engage in inside sales with existing customers, conducting follow-up calls, promotions, and other initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Experience working with the public is an asset
