We are looking for a dynamic and passionate candidate who enjoys working with the public to join our organization as a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service based on satisfaction and efficiency
- Process orders, including product identification and code entry
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide follow-up support
- Process returns, credits, and special requests
- Collaborate with sales managers to prepare and analyze quotes for customers
- Engage in inside sales with existing customers, including follow-up calls and promotions
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Experience working with the public is an asset
Work Environment:
- Full-time employment
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
- Day shift
Location: In-person work location
