Pizza Hut Food Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Hire and Manage Staff: Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that they are motivated and equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
