Job Title: Public Area Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team at the Four Points by Sheraton - Kelowna Airport. As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our public spaces, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a neat and tidy appearance, adhering to our hotel's uniform and grooming standards.
  • Arrive on time for shifts and be prepared to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Perform heavy cleaning duties, including vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all public areas, including the lobby, restrooms, banquet/meeting spaces, and parking garage.
  • Assist with basic maintenance repairs, such as plumbing and TV troubleshooting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any challenges that may arise.

  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including days, weekends, and holidays.
