Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipper-Receiver to join our team at Capital Foodservice Ltd.
Job Summary:The Shipper-Receiver will be responsible for scheduling the distribution of goods, preparing shipping documents, and maintaining accurate records of inventory and shipments.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Distribution: Coordinate the movement of goods from the warehouse to customers and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare Shipping Documents: Create bills of lading, invoices, and other necessary documents for shipping and receiving.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track shipments, and identify any discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Operate industrial lift trucks, fork-lifts, and other equipment as needed to move goods.
- Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
The Shipper-Receiver will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a large workload and tight deadlines.
